I was born into a family of music lovers, so I began a relationship with sounds, melodies and music quite early on. Despite all this, I’ve never had an official musical education: my grandmother and my mother taught me the basics on piano. In the cultural and musical void formed in the wake of communism one couldn’t really afford to pick the best of ?progressive” dance music, so it was in the early 90s that I first encountered electronic music. Early rave classics, happy hardcore and the black soup from Brooklyn and The Bronx had a great influence on me. I became a musical omnivore of the electronic genre, I could never stick with one style, I absorbed everything that belonged to this school.
composing music has always been a true hobby, and remains so, it has kept me engaged for over ten years. Music remains my true entertainment and a way to share my feelings and my thoughts with my friends.
I created an online community called “irregulart” that was set up as a support for creative musicians, writers and graphic designers. My actual project (with mogwai from Germany, and Thierry from france) is n0theen a netaudio radio station. It is related to the global netaudio scene and CC music. Our aim is to help netlabels and artists to spread their music.
